Within minutes of placing my order, FLOAT-EH responded to say they had received my request and they were preparing the item to be shipped. Within the hour the item appeared to be out the door and two days later, it was received in the United States, not to mention at the bottom of the country, in Texas! Each step of the way, the company communicated the process and gave first names and phone numbers to contact, in the event there were questions or concerns.

This is a replacement for the same thing that lasted 5 seasons. Our family and neighbors love it.
